Cramer’s professional acting career began in 1982, and she is a member of the Actor’s Equity Association and Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers.

He has his own company in L.A., The Mark Goodman Tap Company, allowing him to showcase his own unique brand of tap in such original shows as "Seal With A Kiss" based on the music of Seal, and "Red", an adaptation of "The Red Shoes".
